Being skinny or being fit?

Meh, Whattt?

i'll tell you.

BEING SKINNY is in RIGHT?
yes only in magazines-it used to be a trend back in those days and now its comming back.. Everything is about being THIN-er.

all bones hot ka?

well people, for those of you who want to be slim and tried 101 diets then gave up and end up opting for the "i shall starve myself til im satisfied" diet, PLEASE THINK AGAIN.

Here's a short story.

i used to be like that- i started dieting at the age of 12+.
yes seriously.
well,i was.. not to say obese but very chubby and my relatives used to make fun of me every day.

i would hear things like "FATTY!"
"woii fei hai!" or "can u stop eating!? youre so fat!!!"

well you name the phrases lah. all also got!

it affected me badly and thats when i refused to eat anything, i did it for 3 months- IT DOES WORK but not the healthy way.

i lost all my fats-i have gotten much slimmer and SICK-er. [sorry no picture]
Plus i had uber pale complexion, i fell sick easily etc.
was always fatigue-just pure zombie like lah..

Well i stopped dieting after attending to the doc several times and takin medication-because whatever i ate just came out-tsk tsk.

waste food only!

How did you recover from it?

By suffering on plain bread and porridge/soups for a month and slowly i began to take vitamin tablets and those pills which gave me appetite.

the boyfriends also wont be too happy lah.

if youre slender/slim-be happy. dont start thinking "omg i dman fat!" and not do anything about it. AND if you think you're fat, WORK OUT! no false diets please.

If youre Curvey/hourglassed/fleshy: well most men like that ok!
as some would say "more cushion for the pushing". xD and also blessed with Melons n Bumbums.
if youre not happy: WORKOUT! Hire a trainer to help YOU get toned.

If youre Chubby/Obese: uh oh! better do something quick-WORKOUT!. and trust me Dieting the wrong way will ruin your life.

wait!
Fit is way diff from skinny. Duh la.

but how? not just toned up with muscles all tau!

fit is BETTER THAN just being ordinary slim/slender blah de blah.
its way sexier.

it gives you the Firm Look.
PLUS you'll look way hotter in Tight/skinny jeans with a toned lower body. XD!!

you just look better in whatever u wear. Be it complexion wise or hair etc.

well enough of that, I have totally changed my diet [and i dont mean starving myself or just eating salads-i meant more of healthy eating(although i still snack and feast on junks at times) i just had Ayam Goreng Spicy McD 2 days ago] at the same time, i've even started doing PROPER workouts all thanks to the boyfriend (:

ps:

Dont Join the Gym just because EVERYONE else is doing it.
For your information, you don't have to Join the Gym to get fit, healthy or even sexy or muscular. You can even achieve all these great results at home.

And hire a good trainer-for support and to prevent any harsh / minor injuries.

so so so true~!
i totally agree...
i lost 13 kgs on a scarier diet...
1 meal a day...
4 hours of basketball a day for 5 times a week... ^_^ 3 months to do it... haha ^_^
slowly gaining back about 3kg already... but maintaining it now...

just make sure you use more energy than you take.. :)
